We open the Kalas shop on demand, when enough members express a desire to order new Kalas kit.

This is typically 3-4 times a year BUT as long as we can hit the minimum order amount of 5 items, we can open the shop at any time. The Kalas shop is typically open for 2-3 weeks each time. Please contact the kit officer any time you'd be interested in ordering Kalas kit.

The Gear Club shop is always open BUT we can take advantage of bulk-buying that reduces the prices. During a bulk-buying period the £9.99 'Shipment' cost per member order is removed, and a one-time fee of £35 is paid, which is then split equally between all the members that ordered items. These bulk-buying periods are  typically 2 weeks in duration and are scheduled as needed, so contact the kit officer if you'd like to take advantage.

This is a very personal subject, so the strong advice here is to ask around other club members and see if you can try on a jersey / jacket / gilet etc. to get a good fit.

Kalas has it's own sizing numbering system and is generally true to size, based on their size guide.

Gear Club has more mixed reviews and experiences from LCC members, with certain items (e.g. gilets) coming up small, and other items being true to their size guide. See the Gear Club website for the various size guides for jerseys, bibs etc. (look for individual items such as their classic jersey and check the size guide).

For Kalas, we need to order a minimum of 5 pieces, of any product and any size (excluding smaller items such as hats, socks etc.).

For Gear Club, there is no minimum order.

Kalas gear usually takes around 6-8 weeks AFTER the shop has closed. The time varies based on how busy their factory is at the time.

Gear Club orders take just 4-5 weeks after the order has been confirmed (either an individual order OR when a bulk-buying period has ended).

The simple answer is no. These are custom orders that are not returnable based on size. If you end up with an item that doesn't fit, the recommendation is to see if there is someone else in the club that could make use of it and cover your costs. As such, it is highly recommended that you ask around and see if you can try on an item owned by another member.
